Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing administrative tasks such as managing schedules, providing support for meetings, creating expense reports, arranging travel and events, and fulfilling general requests.
- Skilled at organizing and coordinating major executive engagements, such as quarterly board meetings and investor calls, to ensure smooth execution.
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining patience, adaptability, and responsiveness.
- Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards when handling sensitive information.
- Employing a proactive and efficient approach to work, while demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Who we Are Searching For
We are searching for an individual possessing:
- Education: BA/BS required
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in CxO administrative support.
- Extensive familiarity with various office productivity tools, such as Google Apps, Concur, Egencia, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Box, and DocuSign, is preferred.
- Adequate knowledge of Diligent, showcasing a strong comprehension of its features and capabilities, is necessary.
- Proficiency and speed in utilizing PowerPoint is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential.
- Willingness to learn and improve processes is important.
- Ability to handle confidential information with good judgement and discretion is necessary.
- Proactive approach to tasks with the goal of enhancing the efficiency of the departments being supported.
- Capable of managing priorities and handling multiple tasks and requests from department members, while maintaining composure under pressure and remaining responsive throughout.

SALARY
The full-time position comes with an annual base salary ranging from $65,000 to $195,000. This is just an approximation of the salary that Tanium will offer to a new employee. The actual annual base salary may be modified depending on various factors such as location, education, skills, training, and experience.
