We are looking for an exceptionally talented and innovative Graphic Designer to become a member of our Design team. In this role, you will have the task of producing eye-catching and captivating designs for multiple platforms, such as social media, websites, and various marketing assets.

Responsibilities of the Position

  • Generate engaging and top-notch visuals for various platforms, including websites and social media channels (such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), as well as app stores (Google Play and App Store);
  • Create and adapt 3D graphics for social media and marketing purposes;
  • Ensure brand consistency and development throughout all materials;
  • Offer complete support for social media platforms by producing and animating stories, collaborating closely with copywriters and social media managers;
  • Complete tasks such as color correction, retouching, object manipulation, and adjusting light, perspective, and depth to create visually appealing collages;
  • Apply knowledge of typography and principles of constructing modular grids and compositions to design visually pleasing layouts;
  • Comprehend the design process and effectively communicate ideas and concepts to the team.
  • Optimize and automate menial tasks to enhance productivity, such as resizing banners for various platforms using Photoshop.
  • Understand web design and optimization techniques, including compatibility with dark themes and appropriate file formats (e.g., webm, gif).

Necessities

  • Skilled in using design software such as Figma, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator;
  • Intermediate proficiency in animation tools, specifically After Effects or similar programs;
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalents;
  • Understanding of color correction, retouching, subject processing, and manipulation of light, perspective, and dimension;
  • Knowledge of typography principles and modular grid composition;
  • Strong collaboration abilities with copywriters and social media managers to create cohesive designs;
