We are looking for a proactive Retention Marketing Specialist who possesses a product-oriented approach to join our Retention team. Your main responsibility in this position will be to create a comprehensive set of retention tools aimed at boosting user activation and retention.

With complete ownership of these tools, you will have the freedom to implement updates and enhancements to improve product metrics and contribute to the overall performance of the product.

As you demonstrate proficiency in this position, there will be opportunities for advancement, such as progressing to the role of Product Manager.

The influence you have:

  • Oversee and enhance automated omnichannel campaigns on various platforms such as email, web push, mobile push, and SMS to increase customer involvement and loyalty.
  • Perform A/B testing and evaluate outcomes to improve significant email marketing and product measures.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and observe competitor email marketing and retention tactics to identify potential areas for enhancement.
  • Create new ideas and theories to improve the current retention framework and boost user loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Work closely with the product team to execute initiatives related to retention methods, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy and customer experience.

About you:

  • Possess 1 year of experience in executing email automation campaigns such as user onboarding, activation, engagement, and churn-reduction campaigns.
  • Proficient in analyzing data and utilizing it to make informed decisions for enhancing campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing techniques.
  • Demonstrates Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and proficient copywriting skills to produce engaging content that connects with our target audience.
  • Demonstrates originality and ability to devise creative solutions and concepts to achieve campaign success.
  • Emphasizes on accuracy and precision to ensure error-free campaign execution.
  • Uses a systematic and structured approach to carry out tasks.

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Tableau and Iterable is required to have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS for creating and modifying email and push notification templates.
  • Prior experience with web push campaigns is preferred.
