FAQs

How does retro billing work?

Retro billing allows us to identify and recover payment for services that were provided in the past but never properly billed or paid. We review historical records to find any unbilled or under-billed services, then process and submit the appropriate claims to the correct payers to recover the maximum allowable payment.

Does retro billing really make a difference?

For most of our clients, retro billing recovers hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars per year in revenue that would otherwise be lost. That can make a huge impact on a healthcare organization’s financial viability and ability to continue providing quality care. Retro billing is well worth the investment.
